About Combining tubes and modelling is the best of both worlds! Will soon be posting tone models from my RP1000. I service my own gear and end up with some Frankenstein's too. My favorite tone stack: RAT distortion-> (JCM 800, Soldano, "my" jet city 20)-> greenbacks! I have a modded peavy 6505+ 112 combo alongside my JCA 20, expect more to come
